How developing countries should choose their financial regulatory framework? Empirical Analysis Based on Data from 62 Countries

This paper adopts the orderly logit model which has achieved good results in research of financial supervision organization structure recent years, selects 62 representative countries as samples, estimates and analyzes factors that affect change, carries on empirical test to constructed model, thus provides reference basis for developing select their own structure.
